Getting started
LABS is a done-for-you AI creative studio. You send us your product images, we return studio-quality enhanced visuals within 48 to 72 hours depending on your package. There is nothing to install, no tools to learn, and no back and forth — just results delivered to your inbox.

Submitting images
The quality of your source images directly affects our output. Recommended format: JPG or PNG, minimum 2000px on the longest side.
What to avoid
Heavily filtered images — screenshots from websites or social media — watermarked images — heavy motion blur — very dark or overexposed shots where product detail is lost.
Tips for better source photos

Use natural light
Shoot near a window on an overcast day for soft, even light with no harsh shadows.

Clean background
White card, a plain table, or simple fabric. No patterns, no clutter.

Multiple angles
Front, side, top-down, and three-quarter. More angles = more variation we can produce.

Fill the frame
Get close. The product should take up most of the image — leave minimal dead space.

Avoid warm artificial light
Yellow or orange light creates a colour cast that is harder to correct. Daylight or LED white is best.

Send RAW if you have it
RAW files (CR2, NEF, ARW) give us more data to work with and produce the best output.
What you will receive
All images are delivered as high-resolution JPG and PNG. PNG files include a transparent background version where relevant.

One 15-second MP4 per product at 1080×1920. Ready to upload directly to Meta Reels or TikTok.

Revisions
Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery by replying to your delivery email with clear feedback. Revisions cover adjustments within the original brief — background style, colour correction, composition changes.
Requests that represent a significant change of direction may be treated as a new order.
