About these terms

These terms govern your use of LABS and any services purchased through veronixlabs.com. LABS is a trading name of Veronix Group Ltd (company number 17122305), registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. By placing an order or submitting a free trial request, you agree to these terms.

Our services

LABS provides AI-powered product image enhancement and creative production services for e-commerce brands. Services are delivered digitally and described in full on our Services page. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service offering with reasonable notice.

Orders and payment

All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of purchase. Orders are confirmed by email upon successful payment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Delivery

Standard delivery is within 48 hours of receiving your completed product brief and uploaded images. Labs Studio tier orders are delivered within 72 hours. Delivery times are estimates and begin once all required materials have been received from you. We will notify you promptly if a delay is anticipated.

Revisions

Each package includes a fixed number of revision rounds: Starter (1 round), Studio (2 rounds), Campaign (3 rounds). A revision round is one consolidated batch of feedback — all comments for that round must be submitted together in a single communication.

Revision requests must be submitted in writing (by email or through your intake form) within 7 days of delivery. If no feedback is received within 7 days of a delivery, the work is considered approved and the revision round is forfeited.

Revisions are limited to adjustments within the scope of the original brief — for example, corrections to lighting, colour treatment, background style, or composition. Requests that represent a material change in creative direction, introduce new products, or expand the scope of the original order are outside the scope of a revision and will be treated as a new order.

We are committed to working within each revision round to achieve your desired outcome and will make every reasonable effort to meet your brief. Additional revision rounds beyond those included in your tier can be purchased at £75 per round, subject to availability. Unused revision rounds do not carry over between orders.

Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once a project has been delivered. If you are not satisfied with the output, we will use your available revision rounds to address your feedback. If we are unable to resolve your concerns through the revision process, please contact us at support@veronixlabs.com and we will review your case.

Your content

You retain full ownership of all product images and materials you submit to us. By submitting materials, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that they do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. You grant Veronix Group Ltd a limited licence to use your submitted materials solely to deliver your order.

Ownership of deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the enhanced images we deliver for commercial purposes including advertising, listings, and social media. Veronix Group Ltd retains the right to use delivered images as portfolio examples and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing prior to your order.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to produce content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights. We reserve the right to refuse service to any party at our discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veronix Group Ltd's total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
