We use the information we collect to deliver and manage your order, communicate with you about your project, send order confirmations and delivery notifications, improve our services based on usage patterns, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your product images or email address for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

We use the following third-party services to operate LABS: Stripe for payment processing — your payment data is subject to Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy. Resend for transactional email delivery — confirmation and delivery emails. Google Analytics for website analytics — this service uses cookies to collect anonymised usage data. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy. Each of these services processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses for international data transfers.

Data retention

We retain your email address and order information for up to 7 years to comply with UK financial and tax record-keeping requirements. Product images you upload are retained for 30 days after delivery of your order, after which they are permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us at support@veronixlabs.com.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data where we have no legal obligation to retain it; object to or restrict processing in certain circumstances; and request a portable copy of your data.
